who does it?
should i be concerned?
I bought a bunch of grade 3 pulled bullets a while back and have shot a few through my AR with suppressor.
Reading the other thread about baffle strikes, it got me thinking. is this something i should avoid?

I re-size each projectile through a sizing die. and thus far have had no problems.
am i playing with fire? or worrying  too much?
i never get keyholes, and accuracy is consistent

I haven't done it but you have done your diligence by checking for accuracy and key-holing.  I would suggest just inspect every round for deformity and shoot away.  The only thing I can think of as devil's advocate is that your can's warranty likely does not cover reloads.  So in the off chance that you are unlucky, your fubar.

But what are you going to do?  Go announce that you were shooting reloads or plead the 5th?

Thats the thing that gets me, Most companys say if you shoot reloads your warranty is Null and void but how do they ever know if your just like "well the PMC I was shooting had a end cap strike". Or whatever type of ammo that is half way standard.

I don't make the warranty nor pass judgement on your willingness to divulge info, just trying to help the OP.  I personally think most re-loaders produce a better more consistent round that most manu's.

I load and shoot military surplus pulled and sized 62s through my Surefire no problem.  No keyholing and consistent accuracy.  Bullets are inspected and the mangled ones cast aside.  I'm more scared of factory target ammo.  I've had a bad lot of Federal American Eagle damage a couple Wilson Comps on the PD Commandos.  The jacket wasn't formed to the rear of the bullet and when it left the bore, the jacket stripped and the bullets came apart peppering the target sometimes and at other times keyholing.  They came apart inside the comp too eating them up pretty good.  I shudder to think of what would have happened it I'd been using my rifle with suppressor mounted.
