| Checked my account and my check was cashed by the BATF. Barrel has been sent out to be threaded... can't wait!! I need to learn how to have patience! Especially in the NFA world! |

Congrats, only about 4 more months to wait. My check for my SBR build was cashed at the begining of November, no paperwork as of yet. Keep hoping it will be in the mail box every day when I get home, but in reality, I don't expect to see it for another month at the earliest. In addition to that, I ordered a suppressor from my dealer the Monday after Christmas. Paid in full, and it hasn't even arrived yet. Talk about learning to be patient, I haven't even filled out the form 4 yet. |
| Crazy. It took about a month for my can to arrive from AAC to the dealer when I ordered it in early November. A month after sending my paperwork in, it was finally "pending" on January 4th. The paperwork was approved on Feb 5th. Still waiting for the stamp to arrive, but I was expecting worse for my first go at this. |

Only a few more months to go now My advice is to just forget about it and it will make the time go faster. Which one did you go with? I bought the Evolution 9. I'm already contemplating a SWR SPECWAR 5.56 for the lower I haven't even gotten yet that I'm going to SBR... WOW... this is going to get expensive quick

| I'm sitting here looking at my stamp collection (all 2 of them, thus far). In both cases, it took 4 months 2 days to get the stamps from ATF. Both were filed with my trust. I think it has most to do with the examiner assigned to your dealer and the volume of sales those dealers do. |

Ok, a dumb question here. Can we use personal checks to pay the $200? I've been using cashier's checks. Personal checks are all i've ever used. Personal checks are actually recommended so that you will know when the check clears, is gives you an idea when it will go pending. |
