I  have been waiting patiently for the form 4 on my Silencerco Sparrow to get back.  I'm getting to the point where in the back of my head I keep thinking "any day now".  Today I get a call from my dealer saiying "We have something for your Sparrow..."  I chime in with "you got my stamp?"  No, we dont have your stamp, we got a letter saying they need you send in your schedule B&C. Me:.  Anyway I'll send them off tomorrow. Hopefully this means I will get my stamp in a week or two.

It is really depressing considering there is nothing in my Schedule B or C and my last can was approved with just the schedule A.

What the hell is a schedule b and c? I have a trust and don't have a clue what they are.

Thats what I was thinking.  I have all my NFA stuff in a trust and never heard of this.
A quick google search found this......

Q. What is the Schedule A, B & C?
A. Generally your schedule“s refer to property held in the trust, the schedule A,B & C in this example relate to property collaboratively owned by both spouses (A), property owned by the husband (B) and property owned by the wife (C). It is not entirely clear if Schedules are necessary for a valid trust, that sort of question is best left up to a lawyer. For the purposes of this guide, all property is shared and placed into the Schedule A.

I hope my current examiner doesn't ask for B and C.

to the OP:  Are both you and your wife on the trust?  Maybe that's why they want the B&C.

I have a number of stamps on a trust and have never sent in anything but the A and they all went through fine.  I'm the only one on the trust, so maybe that's why.  I've got two more in the pipeline right now (one's been in the system for over a month) and I haven't gotten any similar request, so it'll be interesting to see what happens with them, eh.

Yes we are both trustees. That is basically the only reason to use a trust in TN as our CLEO is required to sign off on a form 4. My schedule B and C are basically blank pages with headers.
