Hey guys,
My paperwork came back and I picked up my first silencer yesterday, an AAC Element! A big thanks for all the info here helping me choose my silencer and complete the paperwork. I put my forms in the mail to the ATF on 6/11/10 and they were back at my dealer on 8/12/10. This was a Form 4 Trust, examiner Suzanne Santamaria. I was shocked how quickly they came back. This thing is a ton of fun. I'm glad I started with a .22, as was suggested by multiple people. When I picked this one up, I got to handle my Evo-9 and M4-2000, both of which are still pending with the ATF. It was sure hard to leave them there! Here's a pic - I'll be glad to answer any questions.
