My wife is the 2nd trustee in my trust, would she be able to take it to the notary and get it notarized?  If not would she be able to do it if she has a power of attorney?  I am currently overseas and legal will not sign my trust since I am a civilian...I even offered to pay for it and it was a no go.  Thanks for the help

everyone has to be there at the same time to sign. At least that's what my lawyer told me.

My wife took care of it today, she was able to sign my name on the trust and hers' since she has a power of attorney.  I figure if she can buy a house and sign my name on the contract, then she could do it on a trust also, lawyer verified....

Awesome!

When you say "Legal" are you referring to Army/Mil Legal?

Yes they won't do it since I am a civilian.  It seems like this FOB is really anti civilian I've never had it this bad before.
