I'm playing with the trust maker on Legalzoom.com, and for this question "What types of property will be transferred (or "funded") into the Living Trust? Check all boxes that apply.", I assume that the "Other significant property or assets" is the box I would check. But, do I write down the can that I'm going to transfer into the trust, or do I have to wait until after the trust is made, the can is bought and I have a serial number? I guess I'm just confused as to when I would transfer it into the trust. For now while I'm writing the trust, do I just leave that area blank? (other than guns, I don't have any real assets to transfer to the trust, I'm currently only making it for the suppressor)

Thanks.

Leave the CAN off the trust for now, you dont have legal possession of it, you simply paid your dealer to hold it pending approval, having S/N means nothing also.

In a trust though, it must hold something, so you need to put some property or money. When I did my trust, I put the sum of $1 dollar initially before I got my Class III stuff approved and then that went in there.

I believe the trust should hold a non-titled real "thing".  Money works.
