Ok, I talked to the local sheriff, he has no issues signing off on whatever I want as long as I bring him my state police background check. I sent the form and money order to acquire that today.
Can someone give me the process, and a listing of what form numbers I am going to need please? |

Try asking around in your Home Town Forum, might find more information for dealers there. The reason I suggest a dealer is they will most likely provide you and help you fill out the forms correctly especially if you are buying from them. |
| The dealer will fill out a "form 4" for you to sign. You will need to get two sets of finger print cards done that the dealer will provide. You will also need two passport photos that will need to be attached to the form 4's. That will all be mailed off by you or your dealer after your CLEO signs the form. $200 tax will need to be included............then a super long wait. Your dealer will call you when he gets the forms back approved you pick up your toy. |

Hope this helps...

| To the OP, keep in mind your local dealer should be doing just about everything for you. That is kind of why you are paying him either by buying the suppressor from him or paying him a transfer fee. So, don't get too hung up on details like how to fill out the Form 4 or fingerprint cards. Your dealer should step you through every bit of that process. |
