Hello all,  My dealer his several new G5's coming his way and Im thinking of getting one over the M4-2000.  Its a little cheaper and he says there isnt much differance.  My question is will the G5 work on my 10.5 SBR, or do I need a longer barrel?  I cant seem to find anything about barrel length on the gem - tech website.

Thx

G5 is fine on the 10.5" barrel. Order it (or make sure your dealer has) the Mk18 flash hider mount just to be safe if you're using any rails that might poke farther forward then the rear of the flash hider.
They really are great cans - they've been in active duty with a number of different country's military all around the globe (National Stock Number: 1005-01-569-8193), holding up superbly, and one of the quietest units out there.

But all that aside: I mean, Jack-Friggin'-Bauer uses them. That's really hard to trump.  You've got to pull a Norris to even match.

Enjoy!
