I was over on HTG's site and looked at the cycle series and noticed the 8 ounce spec weight on the cans, and silencer research has 11.2 ounces for the cycle 9 test.

Granted it's a cycle II model now, but is that accurate? I'm just thinking in terms of size being the same, wondering how you get 3.2 ounces out of the can with the same basic body and style.

Are the booster pistons now titanium when they were stainless, or are the figures just wrong?

Something about conceptualizing 8 ounces, and thinking about stainless pistons and blast baffles just didn't make that seem right.

I see they are advertising 38DB dry for the 9mm.. I think it was advertised as 37DB with the old model? and it  reviewed 3.5DB louder in it's best single test at silencerresearch...  Just wondering what's accurate and what is being fluffed.

I'm just interested because at 8 ounces I think it would be the lightest boostered pistol can ever made.
