I would like to know some more information as well and it seems like nobody really knows much about them.  I started a post a few months back and I don't think it got the first reply.  I have talked to a fellow at HTG (the owner?) on the phone a couple times and he seems to be a very helpful guy, but before I pulled the trigger and bought one of their cans I wanted to hear from some guys with personal experience.

I just sent in the form 4 for my ARES III yesterday.  My dealer has a small range at his shop and let me try it out when it came in.  I don't think there is another can out there that works as well for it weight and size.  I'm no expert, but I did a lot of research before going with the HTG can.  My dealer also carries most of the big name suppressors and he was very impressed with the build quality of the HTG (his impression is that it is better made than AAC or Gemtech cans and now carries their stuff as well.  He was also impressed with the owner/builder who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm trying to decide between the HTG .40 & YHM myself. My wallet says YHM but instinct says HTG

buy once, cry once.

It would be nice to see the independent testers evaluate the .40 cans

HTG is owned by George Vais of Vais muzzle brakes fame.

I have heard execellent things about his pistol suppressors.  Apparently his .45 suppressor is hearing safe by quite a good margin, essentially making it the only hearing safe .45 pistol suppressor on the market.
