I'm trying to decide on a first .22 suppressor. I have a couple of threaded .22 rifles (cz452 and 10/22) and threaded .22 pistols (beretta 87, cz kadet and buckmark) and would like a .22 can to go with them. I would guess I shoot them twice a month, maybe 200-250 rounds at a time. Although I assume that would increase once I get the can. and at some point in the next year or so I'll probably get a second .22 can just so I can shoot with my girlfriend or whoever I go to the range with. Suggestions? |
Save your money. Even a bad 22 LR silencer will work great on a rifle. I am sure the Mite will do just fine on your bolt gun. Have you tried it? |

Go for the Mite. I have a Tac 65 that is an amazing suppressor on all my pistols (Tac Sol Pac Lite, Sig Mosquito and Walther P22). I can't see spending the extra money on another suppressor when the less expensive can's work just as well. There are smaller suppressors out htere, but why spend the money if size isn't an issue? I'm not carrying my suppressed 22, I'm killing cans with it! |
No, I haven't gotten it yet. I hope to have it by the big Silencer shoot on September 22. I will judge from there. |
