I put my YHM 30 cal can on. Now it does not want to come off. It was only put on hand tight and shot 4x. Currently, its soaking with Rem Oil. thanks |

I assume this is a thread mount. Get all of the Rem Oil out of it. Shoot it a couple of times to get it warm and let the metal expand. Put a glove on and give it hell. It should come off. If not, we can get into some more extreme measures with a vice and cheater pipe.

| My phantom some how locked up with the qd mount. It actually unscrewed the mount from the barrel which i thought was torqued on to spec. So basically to fix this i put my can in a vice and used a wrench to unscrew the mount from the can. It worked well and never had the problem again. |
