| when purchasing a suppressor under a revocable trust, must the suppressor be listed under the description of property before a copy is sent with the form 4? or is it placed there once the form 4 is approved? |
I just got a can with a trust...and with my form 4 I, i sent a copy of my trust, and in the registry all I put was: "Any and all NFA items registered legally in the state of Florida" no problems.. |
From what I understand and this is the way I did my last 2 cans is that you add it to the trust after your get the approved F-4 back. |
