Hello All....Kinda dumb question to most but I for one don't know the answer and trying to learn.

Anyways, here it goes.....

I found a silencer in my area for sale on Sturmgewehr.com. Nether he or I are Dealers. Does a dealer have to do the transfer or can we do the form4 on our own?

If you are both in the same state you can go individual to individual, but if you have a local dealer available it would be worth paying him $50 to oversee the paperwork to make sure it's done correctly, since the buyer and seller both do not know the process.
