Me too. I'm getting some peel waster to help prevent it from happening again.

Do you mean a Nord-Lock washer, a peel washer is used to index a flash hider top dead center not to keep something on tight?

Tactical Innovations is a great company because of Craig Wheatly.  You can call him up and get the scoop right from the horses mouth.  For the money, you can't beat his suppressors.

Nord-lock washers are great for suppressors but may require a strap wrench to break it loose again.    I have heard not to use peel or crush washers for suppressors because they can leave the can potentially out of parrallel with the bore enough to have a strike.  Don't know how true it is though but I could see where it could happen with a crappy washer and marginal tolerances between the can and barrel.  For standard thread on I use regular teflon tape from the hardware store per SRT's instructions.  Works great, and it's easy and cheap.
