A friend of mine bought what was proffered as an FN -FAL 50.63. Turns out the gun was actually a Springfield SAR-48.

The seller was "Brian - smallarms.net.netzero.net

Name or anything ring any bells ?? Guy 'may' have just moved.

THANKS

A little more info. "Brian" was in Las Vegas and may still be but claims to have moved to California.

I believe Ed, the guy who was actually burned, has checked but I'll make sure.

Is it a a Factory SAR-48 Para or the bush model w/ a folder?

Or is it a 50.00 w/ a folder?

Was he told it was a Steyr or a Rogak or a Browning?

He was told it was a 50.63 and that of course makes it an FN FAL 50.63.
The guy is so burned I haven't found out exactly which Springfield - other than an SAR-48.
I'll find out.
