[ARCHIVED THREAD] - DPMS old?? lower

A local pawnshop has an SP1 styled AR on a DPMS lower. This lower has raised lettering instead of roll stamps. Do all DPMS lowers have logo like that ? He doesnt want much for the rifle, But if thats a post reciever, its too much ( not to mention illegal)
