I have seen them in the Sportmans Guide. The Handguards are surplus from NAM'still in the plastic. I don't have the phone#........ sorry

Most seem to be used these days. Take a look on eBay. I've seen both new and "like new" there.

I ordered a complete M16 stock set from Cheaper Than Dirt.
They were like new.
