I bought a new KSG shotgun last week and finally got to the range this weekend. I fired 50 Federal #6 field, 25 Estate 00B, 15 Remington Low Velocity slugs and 15 Winchester Reduced Recoil 00B. I experienced no problems in feeding or ejection of these loads. The only thing I did notice was that a few of the low wall Federal Field loads were a little sluggish to chamber, but they did not not misfeed.

I installed a small LimbSaver on the shotgun and a set of Magpul MBUS sights. I will say, even though I'm in a wheelchair, this is without doubt the most comfortable shotgun I have fired since I was injured. The compact design works well from a sitting position. This is the funnest firearm I have shot in a long time.

Glad to hear you are enjoying your shotgun.

A lot of haters out there, but I like mine.  I have a green one, what color is yours?  I might have to do a limb saver as well.  It kicks like a mule, but then again it is a shotgun.

Mine is the basic black. I will take a photo after I have it set up the way I want it.

I have a green ones that works perfect as long you you dont baby it when pumping.

Mine is set with Tlr1 on the front of the top rail then a lmt fixed front sight BTW the fit is awesome and looks like a factory made set up. I use a lmt fixed tactical rear sight and dont run an optic, i tired a few and didnt like anything. The ksg imo also needs a vertical grip to avoid short stroking and futher more a vertical grip that has a rounded base where it connects to the picatinny rail. I find the tango down vertical grip to be the best for the ksg.

I live in a small house and in an urban area and the ksg is great shotgun for my situation.

Congrats, glad you got a good one and it works for you.

I was not one of those lucky few and will never buy another Kel-Tec product after the 12 month long customer "service" nightmare. Had it worked reliable I would have loved it, they were just never able to make that happen.

I recently considered selling mine to find another project but i just couldn't do because my ksg worked and i know in the past at least this was a rare condition,  though reports lately have been pretty good.

Lately I have been using my KSG for 3-Gun matches.  I can run it as fast as any conventional pump-gun and even with a cylinder bore barrel it busts clay birds every time on the fly with ease.  I highly recommend Kel-Tec's aftermarket replacement butt pad.  Made a big difference.  I can shoot a few boxes of magnum slugs and my 60 year old shoulder feels just fine.  In this picture it has a slip on limb saver but it kept moving around so I paid a little extra for KT's replacement pad.  Should have purchased that in the first place.

What flash hider/comp. is that? That adds the finishing touch and looks like it was meant for it(I know it is meant for it, but compliments the shotty just right).
