| Anyone have experience with Savage Customer Service? |
| I have experience with Savage. I bought a brand new Mark XXII and when I got home, I noticed it had a lot of little specs on the action like specs of rust. I also had trouble getting the barrel zeroed with the iron sights (had to tap the front sight almost all the way over). I believe they paid for shipping both ways, but it took about 4 weeks to get my gun back. When I got it back, they replaced the entire barrel and action. Very good customer service IMO. |
