Setup question
I'm building a light weight hunting rifle.
Rifle tikka t3 30-06
Leupold vx3 4x12x50
Base egw 20 moa
Rings: prw would you recommend medium or high?

Medium rings, anything from hornady in the 180 grain range.  You will be happy with the accuracy from almost anything you put into a Tikka, they are fantastically accurate.

I have a Tikka T3 lite .308 factory aluminum dovetail rings and an American Zeiss 3-9x40 scope. The target is 3 shots @ 100 yards Remington Core Lokt soft points. The hole near the bull was a scope correction after the first three. 3/4" with cheapo Rem ammo is not bad.
