My tracking number showed the label creation time, origin scan and departure scan, so it really is on its way. The tracking # from my other BCG shows it in the same depot at the same time, departure scans are 12 mins apart.

Has anyone ordered and received a complete upper with superbull barrel from Rguns? I ordered the 16" diamond cut superbull barrel with long free float handguard on 1/1/13. I've been seeing orders from 1/9 ship for uppers but my credit card still hasn't been charged. Just wandering if my selection of barrel is the holdup.

I just checked the website and S/B Diamond cut barrel is listed as out of stock right now. If I remember right it was also oos a couple of weeks ago. That may be the problem.

I'm getting worried at this point I had my order placed 12/31/12 for a complete build kit less lower was charged exactly 1 month ago on 3/11/13 with a shipping label that has been inactive ever since......

Has anyone gotten a lower from them recently??? Back when I ordered my first upper from them in February I ordered a complete one but I never see on any forum where anybody has gotten one. I'm wondering what the wait time is on them.

So, I'm a bit worried now, I cant even find the kit I ordered on their website anymore! It was a complete kit less lower. Still nothing after being charged a month and three days ago with a useless tracking number. What's worse is, I found a better upper than what I originally ordered for the same price but there is no way I could change it. I recently found a LPK elsewhere so I don't even need the one that came with what I ordered from them anymore. I guess I'd try to call every day until I get someone!
Any other reliable means of contacting them shown up? I've just sent them a fax on the change that they might answer. |

My BCG showed up today, along with another one I bought during the 3 month wait. I've gotta say, the quality is really nice. Of the two, the gas key staking is better on the RGuns and it came pre lubed. The chrome lining is also really nice. Overall, initially it looks and feels better than the one I got from AIM for the same price. The only obvious difference was the MPI stamp on the AIM bolt. So, all in all, it was worth the wait. At least it came and, I might add, before the Red X order I placed at the same time. Hope everyone gets their order soon, I'm sure it'll show up, just be patient.

My UPS tracking order worked. For my bcg, I received email notifying me on Friday that it shipped. Ups didn't update it until Monday. Then the tracking label worked as its supposed to. My bcg arrived a couple days later.
I received email with the UPS tracking label on Friday the following week for my upper. It too wasn't updated until Monday. The expected days to deliver said 1.. Tuesday, the delivery guy left a sticker on my door because he needed a signature. I signed up on Ups website to change the delivery so I could pick up the box at the local hub. I've got a nice looking upper now. Be patient. They might be rude when asked about status but my stuff arrived... Yours should too. |

We have an almost $12,000 order pending with them. Ordered 1/5/13, hit my CC 3/18/13 also shipping label generated. Still nothing yet. Will not return emails or faxes. I have not hounded them as we are busy too. I just don't feel like paying for an order that I do not have in my hands.

Now, I'm with you guys, Granted I'm not even near $12,000 but after several emails and trying to call with no luck I myself am very close to cancelling my order with my CC company as well. I wasn't sure what to do up to this point, I've been 37 days since I was charged with nothing. I just wish I could fine a nice Complete upper with a twister profile barrel 16" for around $700. I guess I'd be out of luck.....

Surprise Surprise!! I got a reply from them for an email I sent yesterday afternoon. I have to say it was probably the most considerate email I have ever seen from them too! It said:
" I'm so sorry about the delay in your order it should go out tomorrow or monday. The 16" barrel is the most popular barrel and I'm sorry we charged the card that long ago. When UPS scans in the tracking information in the you can see the delivery date." So, I really hope that this is accurate and true! |

Your lucky, mine upper
1/7 ordered 3/14 credit card charged 3/14 ups label made.... still not picked up emailed, very nicely 3X's... still no reply. next call to credit card co to reverse charge. Never Never Never will i buy from them again! recomended by a Texas Gun Smith who did order and receive 29 uppers. this year., guess the one pc orders dont matter to them.

I wish they would've updated their website to state how far behind on orders THEY REALLY ARE before I decided to order something. Wish I didn't use my debit card for purchase! Now I'm sitting here chewing my fingernails everyday making sure I don't over spend my account, in case the Rguns troll decides to take my funds. Btw, has anyone looked at rguns on google maps? They're a TINY little store in a plaza. I can't see how they could POSSIBLY have over 20,000 items in stock (they are over 20,000 orders behind, last I heard, so I'm just using that as a general number). I think they're building them as they go, they probably have materials in stock and have another shop build them. Who knows. |

Too funny - Ordered a crate of 7.62 x54 from R-Guns in mid January. It was listed as in stock but expect shipping delays.
Three plus months of nothing - no word at all. Since they never charged my CC - I just kind of gave up on it. Last Friday the brown truck shows up & it's my long forgotten ammo! I guess I'm kind of happy though. 880 rounds of silver tip Bulgarian for $172 delivered is a decent deal in these crazy times. |

I don't see how you're assuming that they must have >20,000 items in stock though just based on the numbers of orders. R-Guns still takes orders even when they're out of stock, so they don't necessarily have to have them in stock, and based on prior experiences there, it wouldn't be surprising if they just drop ship everything.
I think they might have a secondary building though, since they're manufacturers* and importers, as well. *Rumor is that they have the work contracted out - I don't know if I believe that or not. |

Well, I can finally report some positive results. I checked the tracking by chance this morning and it is updated and has a scheduled delivery date of tomorrow! Woot woot!
I can finally be genuinely happy about the update. I will post pics once it's unboxed.

My buddy and I ordered 10.5" uppers on 01/20 (2264 order numbers, me before him). He got a shipping label notification today (I know they are averaging 30 days between notification/shipment), I haven't heard anything yet. Hopefully this means some 10.5's are going out in the near future. I will be home in a week and would really like to play with it before I head back over here! Trying not to get my hopes up...

My kit arrived today and I almost completely forgot about my frustrations after seeing it! Looks to be great quality and feels great. I paid extra for the quad rail on the kits and it is AWESOME!!! I took pictures so you can drool with me. The only thing I want to do is replace the front sight/gas block with a picatinny flat block. What should I get? Are there any special blocks I need to replace it with?
