| Well I made my first purchase from Primary Arms. i obtain the Primary Arm 30mm Red Dot. The good news, I ordered it last thursday and it arrive to my door the following monday. The bad news, 1. I was not able to print up an invoice from the website and 2. it is missing the adjustment tool needed to put on the mount that came with the red dot. I have sent several emails about the in voice issues and one about the tool. I assume they have been very busy but I have not received an email reply back to my inquiry. I was able to contact someone by phone to check if my order had gone thru and he was able to verified when the red dot was shipped. I am hoping to take out the red dot and sight it in this week. I hope it will live up to all the positive reviews I have seen on this site as well as others. |

That costs a lot of OT in today world where some dealers are weeks behind. You emailed me directly today. In your email to me you said you think you might have entered the wrong email. That must be the case because I can't find any history in the general email box unless you used a different email and if that were the case you have gotten a response. . 1: You get a email confirmation and a invoice in the box. If you setup an account with a password you can go back in and print a invoice. 2: It is a Torx wrench that is usually in the box under the packing. I already replied that I would send you and other and ask you to call so we can go over how to zero and cowtness. You emailed my personal email at 7:50 today and I am just getting to your email at 10PM. Things are a bit busier than normal right now. We still answer the phone and answer emails in a timely manner. This is in a time where some of the best in the business are posting messages on their home page that they are 20+ days behind in processing orders. Marshall |

I do want to add that we assume everyone knows how crazy the industry is and that is not the case. We got in 16 Spikes uppers a few days ago and the email when back in stock message went out.
I had a customer email the next day saying I went to order within 24hrs and you are already out of stock. The probably sold out in less than 24 minutes. |

The std low mount does not come with a Allen wrench. I sent a AR height cantilever mount with wrench out today at no charge. Once you get it mounted give us a call and we will walk through bore sighting it. You can do that at home with the upper off looking out a window. |
