[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Looking for some dimensions

I have sorta a side project I am working on, and I am looking for some dimensions of a few parts.

1. How long is the recoil spring on a 5" 1911?
2. What is the diameter of the piston and the rod for a FAL?
3. What is the diameter of the piston and rod for a SKS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
