I must be missing it, but I have searched the site everywhere to try and find a section on ammo? Am I missing it?

Anyway the question is... All of the major players are coming out with new and the latest and greatest bullets.
In rifles, which would you use and why

A. Best accuracy- Strictly hole punching and head shots?

B. Stoping Power/terminal ballistics?

Could be just from experience using or if you actually understand the bullet explain for us please.

None of the links actually answer both of the original questions. The self-defense paper done by the doctor was great, but still not the exact info I am looking for. I am looking for info from the 243 range to the 308 range.
