I have 2 scopes and 2 rifles.
Remy 700 .308 varmint barrel
Dpms 308 ar.

The 2 scopes I have are 3–10x Leupold mark IV tactical
And a swfa super sniper fixed 20x

In your guy's opinion which scope for which gun?

Put the Leupy on the AR. Sell the SS and buy something more practical for the 700. A Nikon 6-18x40mm SF comes to mind.  The fixed 20X would be a hinderance IMO.

I agree cant go wrong putting the Leupold on either rifle even though I would lean towards the 700, sell the SS and use the funds from it to help buy another more practical scope.

Like the others said, put the 3-10 on the ar. I'd put the ss 20x in some quality picatinny rings and keep it as a load development scope.(assuming you reload or test factory loads) I have been thinking of gettng one for this reason.
