From a video about Mexican drug cartels armoring up trucks to fight each other. It looks like 30mm GAU ammo. At about 25 seconds into the video is a good image of the ammo in question next to what looks like .223 and .50 BMG.

12.7mm is about the same size as the .50 BMG in the middle. Assuming that it's .223 on th right and .50 BMG in the middle. .50 BMG is 5.45" OAL. The 20mm Vulcan round on my desk is 6.75" OAL. Those big ones look like they are at least 10" OAL.
