I was at the range the other day. Shooting a 5 shot string the bolt held open at#4. I dropped the mag and the was a round still in it. Bolt would move approx 1/4" or so but would not close. Hold open was clear. Had to pull stock and buffer tube, bolt still would not move. Was able to work the lower down enough to clear and see and there was nothing obvious in the bolt. While moving things around the bolt began to move freely and continues to do so.
One thing I did find was if you tilt the rifle to the left the foward assist engages the bolt so you cant open out of battery. I dont thinks its related but just throwin it out there. Any Ideas? |
