[ARCHIVED THREAD] - REPR out of box reliability

Hey all,

Was looking for a 308 battle rifle to add to my collection. Loved the feel of the repr. I have heard of some reliability concerns and am wondering if I should just go for the Scar. I expect my rifles to run flawlessly after an initial break in. I clean them every trip to the range and do not put more than 150 rounds down them when I go to the range and I use newly manufactured factory 308 ammo. What do you guys think? Scar or repr?

one of my shooting buddies has one. imho, go with the scar. if you have to have ar10/sr25 type then go with the lmt or for a few more dollars the new larue predartor obr.

My shooting Buddy has one and it's flawless. Shoots MOA with M118 Match ammo.
