Team,

I've been contemplating outfitting a standard barrel length M-1A in a Troy MCS stock platform.  To install the Troy I have to pull the flash hider off, thus allowing the opportunity for a different hider.

The types I have been deliberating have been either a standard FAL syle flash hider, L1A1 style hider, or a M-60 flash hider.  Other than the M-60 hider (just for the looks) the others mount bayonets without the iron sights being integral to the flash hider as the M-1A/M-14 is.

My google-fu has been rather weak at trying to find the thread pitch and diameter of these various hiders.  Can any of these flash hiders fit onto a M-1A?

Thanks pards!

There are a few on this page:

They don't list thread pitch but if you call YHM I'm sure they will tell you.
