Looks like trouble with the ACR.............. http://www.bushmaster.com/pdf/ACR-Web-Notification.pdf |

Actually I was using sarcasm. The SCAR to my knowledge had no major teething issues. Thats not to say there is no elevated risk in buying newly designed products. Quoted: Quoted: New design teething issues just like the scar had. It goes with the territory. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile +1. |

The only issue Ive heard of with the SCAR is that the folding stock latch is prone to breaking. I dont know if its been fixed or not. As far as the ACR, im sure bushmaster will fix the bugs it has. Seems like a solid platform. Id just wish theyd reduce the weight. |

The FNH SCAR MK16 when it deployed with the Rangers into Iraq and when it came back they had a ton of suggestions for improvements and issues. You can test rifles, but you never really know what kind of issues you're going to get until you field them in great number. |
