Borescope
Is anyone here using a borescope to inspect the barrels of their firearms? What make/model are you using and are they worth the money? I'm not a collector, just an avid hunter/shooter and I'm trying to decide if it would benefit someone like myself. I've looked at the ones found at the link above, but I just can't justify the money at least in my mind. Does anyone know of any retailers that put them on sale occasionally? I wouldn't mind purchasing one used. Has anyone tried a cheaper alternative, like ones used in the automotive industry? |

I guess if you are a serious competition shooter or are buying and selling used precision barrels, then it might be neccessary. It appears olympic shooters were using it.... Its definitely cool and actually could be used for other diagnostics
I would think that only some one that does such things "for a living" would need it |
