I have never dealt with linked ammo before. Is there an easy way to take them apart. I just got in my 308 ammo.

I grab the belt with one hand letting only one hang off one side and use the other hand to press the one on the end from front to back until it releases.

Sorry for the hijack, where did you find linked ammo?

I might be going to an auto shoot and my friend said I could shoot all I could bring.

I've been searching for 7.62x51mm on disintegrating M13 links with no luck.  My googlefu is weak on this.

Best way I've found to unlink it is shooting it threw a beltfed.
