Okay guys,
I am looking for a case similar to a pelican or storm, but which has dimensions something like 16"-18" +/- wide 50" or so long, and 6 or so high. I have seen pelican's 1750 I have seen storm's iM3300 The bottom needs to have 2 layers of foam, so I can hot wire cut them to match the firearms I wish to case. I have a lwrc m6a3, mp5 full sized w/ fake(soon to be real)can, several pistols, and all of their accessories that I wish to case. I marked out an area 50" by 14" on my bench, and with all the items arranged on it, it is VERY cramped. If there is nothing like what I am asking, would you choose THIS double layer - http://www.casesbypelican.com/storm/im3220.htm which I could put the HK and accs' on one layer, the lwrc and accs' on the other, but have to deal with having to remove 2 layers of foam to get to the second layer OR THIS single layer - http://www.casesbypelican.com/storm/im3300.htm and try to compile everything together, and space it as best I can Please let me know, I have been looking for WAY too long Oh also, I dont want to spend a fortune. $300 would be pushing it. I can find those 2 cases in the links for about $200 shipped. also, I have thought about getting separate cases, but that would cost 2x what I am willing to spend, and I would like to keep these together for simplicity. thanks guys |
