Does anybody know anything about these rifles?  My understanding is that they are built by Zastava on mauser actions.  Are they quality actions for the price?  If you own one, what kind of accuracy are you getting?  Thanks!

I don't own one, but Zastava generally makes high quality firearms.

Generally they make good workable stuff, not into Fudd guns though.

I've found them online for $450 and up depending on caliber.

After searching around a bit more, it seems that they have been manufactured by zastava and imported by many names, including Interarms Mark X, Charles Daly, and the Remington 798.  The actions also seem to have decent reputations for building custom rifles.  I'd still be interested to hear of any first hand experience.

I have 2 pistols made by zastava; An EZ 9 and an EZ .40 pistol. Quality control was poor; the EZ .40 pistol would not function because of poor workmanship. The finish of both pistols washed off when I used typical cleaning solvent. I was able to repair the EZ .40 pistol with simple hand tools and I sent both pistols to Texas Armament Co. for refinishing. They are fine now.   I don't know the quality/craftsmanship of the rifle.

Zastava makes good quality, but the finish quality will be many times dependent on whose marque they are selling under. So, I'd expect the Remington version to have a nicer finish and nicer stock than the Interarms version, though mechanically they will be the same.
