I little while ago, some one posted the idea of building his own belt fed rifle. I was wondering how legal it is to build your own fire arm.
With that I was also wondering about building your own sbs or sbr. If you were two build one, I am guessing that it would still have to be registered. If you built one without using an original receiver, how would it be registered without a serial number, or could it be? |

It's legal and it's been done, but personally, I'd be real... careful. http://i41.tinypic.com/vmvgvb.jpg http://i39.tinypic.com/2d0ynut.jpg Any more info on these guns? This looks like a fun project.
