| I've checked alot of the other forums and I cant find anything regarding shooting glasses. I'm trying to find a pair of shooting glasses to slip over my perscription glass (small frame). About the only thing I've found on the web are regular industral safety glasses. Anyone have any suggestions? |
| Spend the extra money and send your prescription to Smith and get some good glasses. They make a lot of models with interchangable lenses so you can get gray, clear, amber, yellow, and maybe a couple other tints. Some are available polarized. I have had 2 pair of Smiths over the years and they are great. I wore one pair nonstop for a year while on a bicycle and they never had a scratch in them and I know they kept a couple pebbles out of my eyes. The pair I have now I use for everything including shooting. Hot brass has hit them at least twice that I can remember and not a mark is on them. They are designed to be scratchproof and shatterproof mainly because they started life making ski goggles. |
