Ive come into a quantity of Ruger Mini 14 magazines that Im going to sell for a friend. His uncle was a Mini 14 enthusiast. He passed away. He had purchased some after market mag, Im guessing, before 94. I need help identifying the manufacturer.
They are blue and stainless, stamped MADE IN THE USA on the right side, they have a hole above and below the MADE IN THE USA, and the floorplate is stamped Mini-14, they have black plastic followers. They are pretty sturdy, comparable to PMI. On the face/front of the magazine there is a hole towards the top. Also, I have some that are blued 20 and 30 round that are unmarked. They do have a sticker from where he purchased them. It is a small white sticker marked: RUGER MINI-14 20RND EXC29 AND MINI-14 .223 30RND EXC13. The floorplates on these have a hole in the forward portion of them for breakdown and in front of that on the front edge of the plate is a round dimple. Also, on the front/face of the magazine on the top is a hole as well. Thanks for the help. |

Mini 14 magazine ID The first ones were mfg by Scherer The second ones are (I believe) USA brand. |
