From what I can tell (and what I've read) they are very good scopes for the money.
They have the best features with decent glass (FFP, matching turrets and reticle, side focus, etc).

Do a search in the Precision Rifle section.
There were quite a few that were broken, or even shipped broken, at the objective bell of the scope.
Be wary.

Those were the older version (4.5-18X), current productions are 1 piece tubes.
