Ok, I dont know if its just me but it seems like no matter what I do I can get the creases of the slide serrations clean.  And for that matter all other small crease alike?  What are you guys using (solvents, methods, tools)?

I have used q-tips and clp and a cloth around my finger tip but the crap that gets in there is relentless.  On my stainless slides it looks really bad, but is noticeable up close on all of my other pistols.

toothpicks

chopsticks also make great scrapers, prybars etc and are easily shaped w/a pocketknife or sandpaper/band sander. I've got several in different shapes around the shop.
