| hey so i live in Illinois and i had to send in for my foid card again but it hasnt come in the mail. so i was wondering if i go to wisconisin to a gun show, can i buy a gun, or would they not even sell me one becuase i from ill w/o a foid? i do have a place in wisconsin were i guess i could keep it untill my foid comes in |

A Yes, but he will require a copy of your IL dealer's FFL license, or their name, address, phone#, to where he will ship the firearm, at which point you may have to pay a transfer fee to both dealers.
