Was at Dunham sports and seen they had a used M14 rifle. Anyone know anything about Dunham guns. Looked to be in good condition. It was $550.

Never seen that before. $550 for an M14 would be a good price if the main parts are still serviceable.

You sure it wasn't an M1 carbine?

I'll bet it was a m1 carbine, i've seen about 20 at 4 different dunhams over the last year. some where painted blue, had metal number tags screwed into the stock, stickers, numbers painted on,..and some just looked plain bad.  CAI must of imported shit ton of them from some where.

could be a chi-com M14 style rifle.  I've seen those turn up in the $500 to $600 range before.  Also depends on how much they paid for it to set their price point.

Surplus, yes.

Used in the traditional sense, no. Everything they have, that I've seen anyway, was straight from the distributor.
