I use a makeshift one that a friend made for me that works better than the regular sight adjustment tool which is a pain to use. It is made using common tools that I know nothing about. I will check with him and post what he used. It uses a Husky Pro Tool with a certain sized bit that has an 8 on it. Hopefully someone who knows more than me will be able to tell what this tool is and how to make it. Here are some pictures of it:   Below is a picture of the bit that fits in the end:
