hello; have a marlin 336 (30/30) with an ultra light trigger pull, as in just touch the trigger and the hammer falls. unsafe????? anyone encountered this problem? how to fix a ultra light trgger pull in a marlin 336? thanks for any input. rp |

Sounds unsafe to me. Is this something you have owned since new or did you buy it used. Sounds like someone tried to do a trigger job on it and changed the angle of the sear. I would buy a trigger assembly from Midway or Cabelas and install it. It will be lighter than factory, but not as bad as what you have. |
