I had a lot of inconsistent ejection, FTF, Stovepipes on my XCR the first few hundred rounds. I lubed the heck out of it and shot another couple hundred of mixed stuff through it today (Radway Green, reloads, wolf) and it worked like a champ with the exception of a couple of mag problems. I have probably close to 500 rds through it now, and when Robarms tells you to work it out for 300 at least they are on the money. I was beginning to think I had a lemon, but it is perfect now.  I'd post pics but I was having so much fun shooting I didn't take any.
