Stabilization of the 77grn SMK or Nosler OTM is mostly a combination of MV and barrel length when 1/9 twist barrels are involved.

As you did not state "what barrel length" you are intending to use you didn't make it too easy as I ain't clairvoyant.

If this HBAR 1/9 barrel is 16" or 20" you are SOL, (no load I'm aware of can compensate for the lack of barrel length in these two) how ever if this barrel is 24" (like my CR6724 rifle) then a max velocity 77grn SMK load will work as I shoot my personal load out to the 1K line very accurately through the 1/9 CR6724.

This is assuming you want an accurate load or one that'll hold MOA at say 100 yards.

The T2 Hornady TAP 75grn round may be your best compromise with regard to heavier pills as IIRC it shoots pretty good in some 1/9 twist 16" and 20 " rifles.

I'd give the Hornady 75grn T2 TAP bullet a try or even the standard Hornady 75grn match HPBT round, suspect you can push these quick enough to meet your expectation outta your 20" HBAR.

My 77grn SMK load went well outta the 1/8 Nat'l Match RRA DCM/CMP rifle, but don't believe it'll make ya happy outta the 1/9 - nuthing wrong w/ the 75s by Hornady though as you can see the ballistic info on them by reviewing the Ammo Faq information "tacked" to the top of the Ammunition Forum under the B&T Labs section.
