What do you guys use in your safes, or ammunition storage places. I have heard silica packets, or even kitty litter in bags. What are some suggestions, and where it can be located?

I bought silica in bulk and placed in into old tube socks. To reactivate, I put the silica in the oven for a few hours and keep the temp. under 325 degrees Farenheit.
