But let me get this straight...your name is "Mahmoud Khatib" and your handle on this forum is "skypirate7"? I'm not sayin' nothin', but this could raise a couple of eyebrows.

Thanks for your comments. My name is Mahmoud, and I've got my pilot's license and I like guns. I understand that in the post-9/11 world my name and hobbies might draw suspicion, but that's just the result of unfortunate stereotyping and fear in today's society. If people would stop listening to bigots in the media and actually meet a couple Muslims (and perhaps make new friends), they'd realize how wrong the stereotypes are.

Oh, and "Sky Pirate" came from Talespin, an old cartoon I used to watch growing up. I was around 8 years old when I decided I had to become a pilot.
