They are ecellent weapons. From my other post: Farm out the barreling and head spacing if you have never done it before. Pin gauges, go/no-go gauges, locking sholders in different sizes and access to a lathe can be costly and difficult tools for some to get a hold of. Also make sure you have your compliance parts (I see the cool, but very expensive DSA parts- many are made here by them). I built mine because I wanted to build it myself. I used a STG58 kit from DSA and an Imbel receiver and US compliance parts. It is a hell of a rifle. Hard to build...depends on your knowledge of tools and mechanical ability, if you have doubts have a real gunsmith barrel it and head space it and you wrench the rest together. Here Good luck. |
