Who carries a midlength fluted hbar barrel? Cant find one are i'm not looking in the right places.

Define mid-length, sir? Also, check out J&T (a sponsor here) & maybe Brownells. If it's made, one of the two should have it.

I assume you mean an AR15 barrel with a midlength gas system. http://www.adcofirearms.com/ lists them although the specific configuration you want may not be in stock for a while. Also check the EE for places selling them.

Check out this barrel from Denny at GTS. It's not quite an hbar, but it's stouter than an M4 barrel. Denny says he'll flute it.
